Tiskam is currently operated by an individual, not a registered company -- that individual is the data controller for personal data collected via this website. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what's collected, why, and which outside services (Resend, Anthropic, Vercel) help process it.

3. Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights above -- for example, to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted -- email us and we'll respond directly, since submissions aren't stored in a database beyond email and standard hosting logs (the one exception is a newsletter signup, kept in a Resend-managed contact list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you). If you're unsatisfied with our response, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
